YOUR LIFE OUT.

Sometimes we just need someone to chat with. Someone who has gone through what we are going through. Our mentorship program does just that.

Are you an LGBTQ family, or thinking of starting a family? We look to support LGBTQ+ families or those who are thinking of starting a family with information, peer support and resources to help guide them along a healthy and fruitful path.

We provide resources and access to legal support for issues that impact an individuals human rights. This can include things such as work place harassment, gender bias, and abuse.

Your Life Out is dedicated to providing a safe, peer group support environment within Cochrane. This includes networking sessions, events and fun activities for adults and youth in the LGBTQ+ community.
